Parking

Designated parking spaces are available on Morley Street for Blue Badge holders coming to the Alhambra Theatre. Please access the Morley Street spaces using Great Horton Road at the side of the Alhambra Theatre. You can then enter the theatre via the accessible entrance on Great Horton Road.

Due to the roadworks in front of the Alhambra Theatre, from 28 January the road from the bollards on Great Horton Road to the bollards on Morley Street is closed to traffic directly in front of the theatre. To access disabled parking for Blue Badge holders on Morley Street, you will be directed to drop off customers outside the accessible entrance on Great Horton Road, and then turn around to park on Morley Street via Randall Well Street and Chester Street. Please allow extra time to travel during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Access Scheme

Bradford Theatres' Access & Carer Membership Scheme recognises that some customers need additional assistance to access the services within our venues, which include the Alhambra Theatre, St George's Hall, The Studio and King’s Hall, Ilkley.

Bradford Theatres and Bradford Council are committed to ensuring all customers can participate and enjoy Bradford Theatres events equally. For customers who need someone to be with them to access the services or facilities at Bradford Theatres, there is an Access & Carer Membership Scheme in operation. Membership is free and valid for a period of three years.

If you qualify under the Scheme you will receive a reduction on the cost of your visit for your carer. In some circumstances you may also receive a reduction to your ticket price. Groups and organisations of disabled people, or organisations supporting disabled people, can also obtain a reduction in ticket price through the Scheme.

To join the Scheme applicants will be required to provide evidence of eligibility. We accept the following:

  • CEA Card
  • CredAbility Card
